How to delete your account

In the Boostify app (Android)

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Security.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

On the website

1. Sign in at boostify.biz.
2. Go to Settings → Security.
3. Click Delete Account and confirm.

If you cannot sign in

Email [email protected] from the email address registered on your account (or tell us the registered phone number) with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm that the request is yours, then delete the account within 7 days.

What happens next

• Immediately: you are signed out on every device, the account can no longer be used, and your public profiles go offline.
• After 30 days: your data is permanently erased. Deletion cannot be undone, so download anything you want to keep first.
• An active paid plan ends with the account and is not refunded.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and photo
• Your profiles, sections, products, gallery and other content
• Your contacts, contact groups and reminders
• Your posters, frames, logos and all uploaded files
• Reviews on your profiles, analytics, sessions and notification tokens

What is kept, and why

• Tax invoices and payment records — including the billing name, address and GSTIN printed on them — are kept for at least 8 years, because the GST and income-tax laws of India require it. They are not used for anything else.
• Aggregated statistics that do not identify you.
